To access the villa there is a path which is 82cm wide alongside 6 steps. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 66cm wide. The path to the pool area is 112cm wide. The terrace is on a split level, with 6 steps down to the poolside, and a further 10 steps down to a lower ground level with a WC. The terrace is mostly flat, however the crazy paving can be uneven in places. Inside, there are 3 steps down to the lounge area. There are no ground floor bedrooms or bathrooms.
