This very well-maintained villa with a lovely large pool (6x10m) is built in a large private plot with colourful gardens. It is located in walking distance to the amenities and the beach (700-1200 meters). Coral Bay main street with all its amenities is within a nice walk or a very short drive.

For larger groups: CLOSE to this (30 meters) there is a villa of 5 bedrooms

GROUND FLOOR: split level spacious open plan living/dining area with doors leading to terrace, garden and pool. kitchen completed with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and washing machine.

UPPER FLOOR: seating and doors leading to balcony with spectacular views.

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and doors leading to balcony. Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with ensuite shower room. Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with ensuite bath room and patio doors leading to balcony.

Amazing!

Just returned after a weeks stay. Villa is immaculate, very roomy & spacious. Supermarket is a nice stroll, with a bar beside it. Serves great food too. Beach is over the road from the supermarket where you can do water sports. Villa has everything you need & the hosts are very accommodating, whether it was extra beds or airport transfers. Would highly recommend
