D204, this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment is perfect for a relaxing break in the Cyprus sunshine. The large terrace has a dining table and chairs, sun loungers which make it the perfect spot for alfresco dining with the added benefit of a Gas BBQ There is large electrically operated awning to use for shade and you also have the most amazing views of the sunset. The perfect setting to sit back, relax and enjoy a sundowner, or glass of local wine.

The open plan lounge/diner is modern, bright and comfortable, whilst the kitchen is well equipped with all you need. There is large twin Patio doors leading onto the terrace and giving you the most wonderful panoramic views. There is a double and twin bedroom, both bright and welcoming. Both bedrooms are fitted with air con units. WI-FI and Smart TV are also featured in the apartment.

The communal swimming pool is overlooked from the terrace and is key to a cool down in the summer heat. The gardens with shady trees are clean, well maintained, and the perfect sunbathing spot!

This modern apartment is ideally situated, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and bars with Coral Bay a 5-minute drive away. Peyia village is around a 15/20-minute walk, where you are met with the most wonderful Cypriot hospitality. A great base to explore the island.
