The villa offers a large private outdoor area including a 5m x 10m pool with walk-in steps, a private outdoor dining and area, and a full collection of outdoor furniture including sunbeds and umbrellas.
Inside, the villa has a modern fully fitted kitchen and dining area, lounge, and three bedrooms and three bathrooms. All bedrooms enjoy beautiful sea views. On the ground floor there is a modern fully fitted kitchen and dining area, lounge plus a shower room and toilet.
The first floor consists of two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, two bathrooms (one en-suite) and a balcony with exceptional sea views.

Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 71cm wide.  The path to the poolside is 181cm wide. The are 4 steps down from the covered terrace to the poolside. The terrace is flat with a mixture of tiles and stones.  There are no bedrooms/bathrooms on the ground floor. The door into the kitchen is 235cm wide, whilst the door into the lounge is 149cm wide.
