Villa quality and customer care poor
Smelt damp, kitchen walls covered in black mould from damp. Back garden awful, view from kitchen window was stack of broken deckchairs, pool maintenance cupboard also in disrepair. Very limited cooking appliances, no chopping board, kitchen knives, fry pan, oven trays. Electrical appliances two pin in a three pin property, not enough adaptors to compensate. Fridge broken and leaking water. Only one parasol for four guests. Brother-in-law spent whole holiday sat on porch area to stay in shade. Poor customer care after service, spoke to 5 different people before someone eventually visited on day 6 of holiday. Some utensils provided on day 6. Fridge not replaced until day before we were due to return home.Despite requesting second parasol on day one, this only arrived an hour before we were due to check out of property. In over 10 years of renting villas this is the worst experience we have ever had. On a positive, location excellent for restaurants, shops and beach, south facing villa, swimming pool well maintained. Also permitted complimentary late check out. Hopefully our efforts to improve villa facilities made it a better experience for those renting the villa after us. Have taken number of photos but nothing to gain from sharing them publicly.
