The blue flagged and world-famous Coral Bay beach, with its golden sands and clear waters is a mere 10-minute walk. away The Coral Bay Strip is also a 5-minutes' walk from the complex, offering an abundance of shops, minimarkets, old-world eateries and a handful of cheery cocktail bars and restaurants.

The property has its own private, large 9×4 kidney shaped swimming pool, in a private area with sunbeds, a BBQ, and a beautiful wooden covered cabana for guests to effortlessly get into holiday mode. Guests will be able relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sun, great sea views, mesmerizing sunsets and gorgeous surroundings. The rest of the outdoor area offers plenty of sunbathing space with quality outdoor furniture in tranquil surrounds.

Villa Demiana July/August 2025

This was our first villa holiday and visit to Cyprus and was just brilliant. A couple of days before we arrived we recieved our check in information which included key box code, wifi code and so on and contact details of our property manager who responded quickly to any queries. There is also an information folder in the villa.The villa was the perfect size with three bedrooms and three bathrooms with plenty of space and storage.The outside space was beautiful, offering plenty of shade and lovely sea views. Kitchen was fully equipped and the air con was amazing! Just a short walk up to the strip which was ideal for our evening meals and drinks and great supermarket up the road. We hired a car for the duration of our stay (2 weeks) which I would recommend, however you can get around easily by bus it seems and local taxis. Coral Bay beach and Corallia beach are near by and Paphos is about a 20 minute drive. Location of villa and our overall stay was excellent and we had a fantastic holiday.

We stayed in villa Demiana for a week and it was perfect. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Gorgeous views of the coastline. Private and Not overlooked. Zero noise despite being so close to everything. Description states obstructed views and noise due to costal path, no obstruction to the view and the noise is minimal a light tapping noise is about as loud as is got. The villa provided every comfort you can possibly think of, Was worried about an unheated pool, but it was the perfect temperature. No issues or complaints.
