Say hello to Villa Mariam! Located on the outskirts of Coral Bay, this stunning property is surrounded by charming Cypriot countryside. Ideal for those wanting to explore, the West Coast of Cyprus is flooded with history, magnificent beaches and beautiful nature trails amongst the extensive woodland. 
Enjoy mountain views from the terrace as you enjoy lazy days by the pool. The 10m pool sits centrally and is ideal for swimming a few lengths or splashing around with the kiddies. There's a curved covered terrace for alfresco dining. Why not whip up some kebab skewers or grill some halloumi for your friends and family? For a spot of healthy competition, this property features a pool table and table tennis and has the added bonus of complimentary pool towels.
As soon as you enter Villa Mariam you'll be amazed by how spacious it is. The entrance hall has a sweeping marble staircase with a patterned wrought iron bannister leading to the first floor. From the hall you can access all rooms on the ground floor, including the fully equipped kitchen and cosy living room. The pool table is located inside, ensuring you can enjoy your holiday no matter the weather. The furniture is of ancestral style, with wooden cabinets and cool floor tiles. There are five bedrooms in total, three are ensuites and a further two twin rooms sharing a family-sized bathroom. This spacious villa is ideal for guests of up to ten. As an added bonus, you can admire distant sea views from the upper balconies, a great spot for a nightcap as you watch the boats sail along the horizon.

Important Information - This property has internal staircase railings that feature larger gaps, reflecting the villa's original or traditional design. Please take extra care in these areas, especially if you are travelling with children. We strongly recommend close supervision at all times.

Villa Mariam is located within a developing area, and there is a neighbouring villa currently under construction. This property had previously been dormant and works have now resumed at a low level.

The site is situated approximately 50m from the villa entrance and around 65m from the pool area. It is positioned behind Villa Mariam and, due to the layout of the property, is not visible from most areas of the terrace.

Our in-resort team have only observed a small number of workers on site at any one time, and activity appears minimal. While we do not anticipate any impact on your stay, there may occasionally be some low-level background noise.
