The main entrance door opens to the open plan living and dining area with large windows and big sliding doors that let in oodles of natural light to create an excellent ambience. The kitchen comes as a separate room and is fully equipped to meet the expectations of the most demanding guest. The big sliding doors open to a large, covered patio and the backyard pool area, where the swimming pool dominates with its impressive size of 4m X8.5m and so does the surrounding pool patio area.

The villa also includes a wonderful and mature Mediterranean garden which includes variety of exotic plants such as palm trees, olive tree, cypress tree, arborvitae, buganvilia, etc. The garden is well-trimmed and shaped and offers absolute privacy as you bask in the sun.

All three bedrooms on the first floor are spacious and offer comfortable sleeping on high-quality brand-new beds and mattresses. The master bedroom comes with a King-sized bed and ensuite shower facilities. The remaining two bedrooms, one King sized and one Twin, share a generous second bathroom, with a shower seat option for a feel of Spa! Two of the bedrooms open onto the first-floor patio, complete with a cozy lounge set, where the views of the Mediterranean are simply awesome and so are the Sunsets.
