I like the breakfast a lot of variety. The location is also very good next to two big malls in Pekanbaru. In front of mall Pekanbaru usually there are taxis waiting for customers, so transport is very convenient.

Great service provided by hotel staff. However the daily breakfast time smoking allowed in the Aircon section of the dining room permeates to the whole dining hall. That negates the overall experience.

At city centre, walking distance to malls

Spacious room with rustic decoration. Breakfast with various selection of local foods however most of foods were repetitive, only main dishes were different each dat. Swimming pool too much chlorine and I had sore eyes for almost 2 days and the smell of chlorine was so strong, still had that smell even after taking shower. Overall, good experience.

ペカンバルの中心部にある恐らくは過去からの格式のあったホテル。施設は全体的に古いが、よくメンテナンスされているし、部屋も広い。徒歩圏内にバワ市場があったり、モールや食事する場所は周辺にたくさんある。

スタッフの対応は素晴らしい

限りなく満点です。目の前には、たくさんの屋台、ショピングモールの中にスーパーがあります。タクシーもいます。部屋も清潔でした。冷蔵庫もよく冷え、セキュリテイboxも問題なしです。何よりも嬉しかったのは、スタッフの対応が非常に良かったことです。私事の相談も、一時間も費やし、嫌な顔せず解決してもらいました。 　また、プカンバルに行くことがあれば必ず利用させて頂きます。
