Hotel was awful. Placing the do not disturb sign on the door didn't prevent the maid from coming in, and then entering the bathroom while someone was in the shower. When an attempt was made to report the incident, the maid said it didn't happen and the staff person backed her up. Will never stay there again!!

The staff was very friendly, bed extremely comfortable, shower was warm with great pressure, a nice breakfast selection, extremely clean spacious room, excellent location to both the Pella shopping district and Lake Red Rock.
