The house consists almost exclusively of natural materials and thus comes largely without chemically produced materials. The amount of pollutants of indoor air is thus almost zero. Room air measurements from TÜV Rheinland could confirm this. All building materials have been tested and approved by scientists of the Sentinel Haus Institute. The house also has a special vacuum system that transports allergenic materials such as house dust, pollen, mold spores and bacteria from the interior directly to the outside. Normal vacuum cleaners would distribute these with the exhaust air back into the room. The furniture has also been specially developed for the resort together with interior designers and is free of plasticizers and solvents. YOU CAN FEEL IT! The three bedrooms each have a double bed (160x200) and a large built-in wardrobe. If necessary, an extra bed (80x200, for a fee) can be added. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a 32 "TV. The majestic living room (39 m²) with a ridge height of 5.80 m and gallery upstairs has a dining area with open kitchen and bar and a sofa area with 40 "TV and SONOS sound bar. The sound system can be controlled via the tablet embedded in the kitchen wall or via your smartphone using the SONOS app. In addition to the shower room on the ground floor, the upper floor has a spacious full bath (18 m²) with free-standing bath, large sauna and balcony. The lounge furniture of the gallery invite you to read a good book or you just look fascinated by the large panoramic windows in the vastness of Pellworms.
