The house consists almost exclusively of natural materials and thus comes largely without chemically produced materials. The amount of pollutants of indoor air is thus almost zero. Room air measurements from TÜV Rheinland could confirm this. All building materials have been tested and approved by scientists of the Sentinel Haus Institute. The house also has a special vacuum system that transports allergenic materials such as house dust, pollen, mold spores and bacteria from the interior directly to the outside. Normal vacuum cleaners would distribute these with the exhaust air back into the room. The furniture has also been specially developed for the resort together with interior designers and is free of plasticizers and solvents. YOU CAN FEEL IT! The spacious living room (40 m²) with dining area, open kitchen and bar has a 40 "TV with SONOS Soundbar. The sound system can be controlled via the tablet embedded in the kitchen wall or via your smartphone using the SONOS app. The two bedrooms each have a double bed (160x200) and a large built-in wardrobe. If necessary, an extra bed (80x200, for a fee) can be added. A bedroom is equipped with a 32 "TV. All kitchen appliances such as stove, dishwasher and refrigerator with 4-star freezer as well as washer and dryer are from the house of Miele. Thanks to a state-of-the-art fiber-optic connection, a high-performance Internet connection is available (eg for streaming). The WLAN in the house can be deactivated on request.
