Andrew at the front desk was great. He was super nice and kind. Check in process was so quick and easy. The room was clean and spacious. Had everything I needed. The free breakfast had everything I needed for breakfast. The WiFi was fast and the TV had pretty decent channels. Overall it was a pretty good stay.

Outstanding stay in Pembrooke Pines

Our room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable including the pillows. The food at breakfast was well stocked every morning and tasted great. Both the pool and gym were in excellent shape. The staff was probably the friendliest of any of the Hampton Inns we have stayed at over the years.

This is the 3rd time we stay at this property. We had 5 rooms rented in total. It is very conveniently located, rooms are clean & updated, AC is cold and is quiet at night. Front desk staff are great.

The two things that I had an issue with was their inclusive breakfast buffet ended too soon and I’m Not a morning person, and the ac in our room kept cutting out during the night and had to get up every hour to turn it on else we would just be too hot to sleep.
