Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Horrible experience. We accidentally booked the wrong date immediately after clicking. We called immediately to inform them of the error. No response whatsoever. We attempted several times and we are yet still awaiting a response. Terrible company.
