Tyn Giat Cottage offers a perfect base for visitors year-round and convenient access to Anglesey’s huge range of attractions. This area is renowned for its stunning natural landscapes, including breathtaking coastal views, sandy beaches and rolling countryside. The village itself offers the opportunity to buy local produce from a specialist shop and a post office & general store, ensuring all your daily needs are met. It’s just a few minutes’ drive to the port town of Amlwch with its pretty harbour and selection of shops including handy supermarket plus a variety of pubs and eateries. There are glorious sandy beaches, birdwatching and fishing and the wonderful coastal path for walking nearby, you may even be lucky enough to spot the red squirrels, dolphins, porpoises and seals! Boat trips for fishing and puffin watching are easily accessible as are the medieval Beaumaris Castle and National Trust property of Plas Newydd House & Gardens and Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park is also within easy reach plus day trips to Ireland.
