Welcome to this spacious villa, perfect for 14 guests in 6 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with dining area and three living rooms with fireplaces. The villa offers heating in the bedrooms, hallway, and kitchen, fast Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, and a separate workspace. A cot, toys, and children's books are available.
The prime location near the center of Penacova and one of Portugal's most beautiful river beaches ensures privacy and tranquility, with magnificent mountain and river views through large windows with shutters, four private balconies, and a generous 50 m² porch. The large garden features a private outdoor pool with sun loungers, outdoor shower, and barbecue. Lemon, orange, clementine, fig, olive, and loquat trees grow on the property, perfect for children to play or for relaxing in the shade.
Parking is available in several spots on the property and in two shared garages. Pets and smoking indoors are not allowed. Please note: there is an exterior CCTV camera recording the entrance. Two bathrooms and one bedroom are under renovation; five bedrooms remain accessible.
The fenced property borders a riverside walking and cycling trail, with a river beach and restaurant just 200 meters away. Nearby, you can walk, cycle, swim, fish, paddleboard, or canoe.
