The TV did not work. The ironing board was broken, and I needed to use it. The bathroom had visible mold. I reported these issues to the front desk, but they were not resolved. Even after someone came to check, the TV and ironing board remained unusable. When I checked out and explained the problems, I was told: “Too bad, you booked through Expedia—take it up with them.”
