Easy to get to, staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean. Little noisy but that comes with being next to the highway and with the lot in back for truckers to park. Nice that there is a convenience store within walking distance with a fast food restaurant attached.

The service is as great! The customer service agent was friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was clean comfortable and surprisingly quiet considering the close proximity to the freeway and truck stop. Breakfast was fresh with a decent variety of choices. We’ll definitely stay there again the next time we’re in the area.

Not a place to stay

The pool was completely disgusting. It was green with hair balls floating around the bottom of the pool. The hot tub was worse. It was so dirty and green. It was also broken. No bubbles. The chemicals were so high it burned my skin to stay in it. I had to get out and wash off in the disgusting pool. When we checked in our hotel room ac was so loud my husband called down to get another room. They did accommodate us. Our bed, however, was so hard our bodies ache when we got up the next morning. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again

I’m very disappointed with my recent stay at Hyatt Place Boise/Towne Square. When I politely asked for regular milk for my coffee, the receptionist gave me a rude look and dismissively told me it’s only available during breakfast hours—despite the fact that I was given milk without issue the previous two mornings. That attitude was uncalled for and made me feel unwelcome. This experience left a bad impression and did not reflect the level of hospitality I expect from Hyatt.
