Fun time - wish the hot tub was working though!

Over al we had a GREAT time...there were 4 of us (2 couples) and we had a lot of fun. The name on the tv screen was a good touch! The gal (Julie) who was our breakfast "buddy" was a lot of fun and took good care of us and made it fun! However, we did see there was some pink mold in the shower and the jets in the hot tub weren't working and when we inquired about it, we were told by the gal at the front desk that she was the only one working nad too busy to take care of it for us. We were really looking forward to our hot tub time. But overall we DID have a great time playing cards in our room, using the ironing board as a table between the beds! The manager was very friendly as well when we talked to him the morning we left.

A/C quit, went to take shower and all soaps and conditioners were empty. Had to go to front desk as no one answered the phone. Waited approx. 10 minutes as no one was at the desk before someone came. Didn’t have soap available only hand soap. Used my own shampoo and conditioner. Then looked up and found part of the ceiling coming down. Went over with manager however no adjustments were made. Very disappointed!!

Comfortable bed, good shower water pressure. Pool and spa were well maintained & clean. Automatic front doors were not working and front desk attendant did nothing while we struggled to manually open the doors ourselves.

Disappointed

We ended up in the ADA room which we did not request. The blinds didn't work and they said they were waiting on a part to fix them. The room was dark and felt like a dungeon. The elevator malfunctioned twice causing my wife, who uses a cane, to have to go down the stairs. I had to go and request a liner for the ice bucket. The ice machine on our floor was broken and gave no ice and the bathroom sink drained slowly. For being a Hampton, I was disappointed.
