The property itself is disgusting. Mold in all the nooks and crannies, water stains on the ceiling, paint above the shower flaking off in chunks the size of my palms. But the staff was great and I wasn’t disappointed with the options at the free breakfast. Probably would stay again, it gave my group a lot hilarious memories.

the gal that check me in was also the one taking care of breakfast. She seems so sweet and always working. I told her when I left if I lived in LaGrade I would offer her a job. She is a good one and you need to make sure see is taken care of. I would love to have someone like her on my staff.

There was NO ELEVATOR!!! Rooms were dirty. There was trash under the beds. There was more trash under the cushion of the chair. Air unit in both rooms was unplugged. Plugged them in and they were noisy. someone had placed a wifi camera on the back door of the unit as to spy on people. Door locks were all in need of serious repair. Handles were all at scewed angles and were hard as hell to get to open. One room would only open if pulled UP on it. Wouldn't open in down position. (Noticed other guest with same issues) attendand went through almost a dozen key cards to get two for each room to program.

What the listing doesn’t tell you is that it’s a run down crap hole. I was immediately approached by transients after getting out of my vehicle. Scared to sleep in the sheets. Find somewhere else!!

Very gross

The customer service at front desk was good, however the cleanliness of the property was terrible. Hallway windows and walls were not clean and there was dirt and debris all over. The room’s bathroom had mold in the tub and the walls had smears of food, and bodily fluids. Over all disgusting

This property reeks of cigarette smoke even though it states non smoking. I couldn’t breathe. My daughter asthma made it difficult to breathe as well. The solution they offered was downstairs that is pet filled I am allegeric to dogs. So needless to say it was horrible.The room was filled with cobwebs and old ruin down. The bath tub was black in the corners the garbage was over flowing outside.Mu son was scarier the only night because of the surroundings scarier him. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

The staff is amazing, polite, service oriented and attentive. The facility is tired though. Our air conditioner was not up to the task of cooling our room so we got very little sleep. Plus the breakfast had very few choices. All in all I doubt that we would stay there again.

Great location! Restaurant nearby. Easy freeway access yet very quiet. Short drive to "main St" ( Adams Ave). Large rooms. Nice breakfast with items other than just carbs. Ample parking. Friendly, helpful staff. 4 stars due to deferred maintenance.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This property is dishonest. They have false advertising. They say they are pet friendly but do not take pets. I even wrote them to be sure but they waited until we tried to check in, then told us they know they have it advertised as such but don't take pets. If they are dishonest about this I can only imagine what shape the rooms are in. The clerk was very cordial but their management sucks.

Pleasantly surprised. First, Alyssa at the front desk was very friendly and helpful to us. You can’t judge a book by its cover! The outside of the building looks old and worn but inside, the rooms are spacious and updated. The bed was super comfy and there is a nice fridge. The TV is great, there’s a table with comfortable chairs and a small porch. I would definitely stay here again.
