I do not care for the “streaming/casting” TV setup. Not sure why there isn’t at least basic digital broadcast tv for those of us that just want to turn it on and watch what’s available. Also, my tv didn’t show up on the list when I tried to connect but every other room did. Room was clean but not the highest quality remodel. Bed was comfy. No coffee in your room and they don’t have coffee in the lobby until 7 am. Probably fine for hipsters in town for adventuring or rodeos. The front desk clerk was very friendly.

We were unable to go over the pass to Pendleton because the pass was closed both directions for the night. We were on track to make it and got as far as 40 miles away when the pass got closed. We called the Motolodge to ask if we could still come if the closure extended beyond midnight or later. Even though we prepaid for our stay, we were told that the time limit to check in was 3 AM. In fairness, we did not purchase the protection for the trip because we were so close when we made our reservation. However, we had absolutely no control over the situation and were told that there would not be a refund. That hardly seemed fair since we had no control whatsoever over whether or not we could make it to the motel. Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather and road conditions.

Good parking ... really awesome little hotel for Pendleton. Nicely remodeled ~ modern. Very nice staff. My only irritation was no coffee making or microwave in room to heat water to make my own with press coffee maker or tea in evening... if I'd known i would have brought my own electric kettle. They had coffee/tea in lobby but after a long day it would have been nice to have in room. And we left too early to get morning coffee. 🙄😏 all and all a very nice place.

The staff, particularly Thomas, were great - a very warm welcome & cheerful help with getting the room TV working. The room was very clean & comfortable. Our room wasn’t spacious, but that is what we booked for 1 night of travelling through Pendleton. If you are staying longer, you may want to book a larger room, depending on your needs, but our room was good for our needs. The Motolodge is also conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants.

Perfect location to walk to all the wonderful places in Pendleton! The Hamley’s western store, the Flying X Speakeasy, Cimmiyotti’s, all only a block away. Great spot, good coffee, great front desk staff!

A remodeled motor court, it is fine for a quick stay. I had issues with the TV, which had only internet-based service, so no Monday night football, or any broadcast channels. The desk was too small, and the kindergarten sized chair was way to uncomfortable to work in. I dragged the too small desk over to the edge of the bed. The bathroom could have been cleaner, but i used some sanitary wipes to remedy that situation. No breakfast, which is o.k. by me, but feel I should include that fact as a part of this review. It's a quaint [lace to stay, but for a business traveler, not so much.

Pet friendly. Room was a little smaller then we expected. Staff at check in was very friendly. Didn't like the fact that we had to hook to their WiFi then our service provider to watch a Mariners playoff game. WiFi kept going out.
