The house was built in 2023 so has all the newest features and sits within a walking community. Access to the community pool is also included for the kids or kids at heart in the summer months.

Whether you're here to cheer on the Tigers or explore the charm of Pendleton, this home is designed for comfort, connection, and easy living close to restaurants, shops, Lake Hartwell and all things Clemson, but tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet or a walk around the neighborhood.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom duplex in Pendleton is just 4.9 miles to Clemson' s campus, only 2 miles from the Historic Pendleton Square and 19 miles to Duke Energy Plant. This peaceful home features two king beds and 2 cozy twin beds, perfect for families or groups. Guests enjoy three full bathrooms, equipped with towels, soap, blow dryer etc. for convenience as well as a dishwasher and washer/dryer for those longer stays.
