Penso que uma avaliação deve ser feita analisando comodidade, custo, conforto, café da manhã, atendimento e segurança. Dito isso vamos aos fatos: Comodidade: para quem vai à Penha pelo Beto Carrero o hotel é tão próximo que é possível ir andando. Custo: é um hotel novo, inaugurado em 23 de dezembro de 2025 e considerando que tudo nele é novo e o preço está na média até de pousadas da região o valor cobrado então é justo. Conforto: no geral o quarto é bem espaçoso, banheiros modernos, bons colchões, mas deveria ter duas opções de travesseiros, altos e baixos, pois todos são extremamente altos e isso incomoda demais na hora de dormir. A maioria dos hotéis oferece travesseiros altos e baixos. A cama tem rodinhas que não travam, então se resolvermos ler deitado e encostarmos na cabeceira o colchão vai se afastando da parede e se não tomarmos cuidado terminamos caindo, então travar as rodinhas ou retirá-las seria de bom senso. O hall é acolhedor, mas a piscina apesar de afirmarem que é aquecida isso não é verdade, pois todos os dias a água estava super gelada. Mas o pior é que o hotel tem 5 andares, cada andar com 16 quartos e ter apenas um elevador minúsculo e lento para 80 quartos, que para se ter uma ideia não cabe dentro sequer um carrinho de limpeza e
