Horrível

Péssima hospedagem atendimento desta OYO. Fiz a reserca em um hotel próximo ao Beto Carrero e confirmaram minha reserva. No dia seguinte m ligaram e disseram apenas que houve problema com o quarto do hotel e fizeram a transferência da minha reserva para um hotel horrível e muito mais distante do Beto Carrero, lã em Navegantes. Um hotel horrível e pelo mesmo preço do anterior, chegando lá queriam cobrar de novo minha reserva, um transtorno total até resolver a situação. Esse novo hotel chamado Eco hotel Navegantes, dw frente ao aeroporto é péssimo, um quarto horrivel, banheiro com parede mofada, cafe da manhã péssimo. Até água faltou no ultimo dia. Para piorar a Hotels.com continuava a vender reserva no Oyo aconchego, onde era minha reserva anterior. E o problema do quarto????? Tudo uma palhaçada da Oyo em conivência com a Hotels.com que não mw ajudou em nada apesar de eu ter reclamado a eles por telefone. Só nao cancelei essa reserva porque era aniversário do meu filho e eu já tinha combinando a viagem com ele. Simplesmente uma experiência para se esquecer!!!!!!!!!!
