Foi horrível, precisávamos de dois travesseiros a mais, pois somos idosos e sofremos de refluxo, foi solicitado a recepção e foi nos dito que forneceriam apenas UM travesseiro, pois tinha ordens do dono e gerente que não fornecesse mais de um travesseiro por quarto ! Foram inflexíveis, mesmo diante de nossa súplica por outro, tentamos argumentar explicando de nossa doença (refluxo), mas a recepção foi inflexível e se recusou a fornecer outro travesseiro, ficamos a noite tentando dormir sentados , para não termos uma crise de refluxo !

Funcionária do noturno muito solícita, porém a do diurno parecia uma porta de ignorância. Como o objetivo era ficar próximo ao parque, o custo benefício foi apropriado para o foco da viagem.

Razoável

A pousada é razoável, a limpeza do quarto é feita apenas a cada três dias ou seja, economize toalha e tenha organização, o que num quarto pequeno e com duas crianças é complicado! No quarto, sentimos cheiro de esgoto que saia do banheiro e este não tinha chave para trancar. O quarto tem porta de vidro e a privacidade se dá apenas com uma cortina blackout e a nossa estava com defeito! A pousada não tem estrutura para famílias com crianças pequenas, não tem rede de segurança nas sacadas e nem qualquer espaço kids! O café da manhã tem poucas opções, mas é gostoso!
