Welcome to Penmarch, an ideal destination for swimming and water activities. Between the Pors Carn beach, popular with surfers, and the tranquillity of Saint-Guénolé beach, everyone finds their own slice of paradise on the Penmarch coastline.
The house is beautifully decorated, you will be charmed from the moment you enter. The living space has numerous and large openings onto the garden, offering you a soothing panorama. Its careful decoration makes it one of the most pleasant places. You will enjoy preparing good meals in the well-equipped kitchen (induction hobs, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle). Then, you will appreciate gathering for friendly moments in the dining room, and finally the living room, is a perfect cosy corner to chat or play board games.
In the evening, you will be able to go and rest in one of the three double-bedded rooms, all with light colours and wooden floors which give them charm and an atmosphere filled with serenity, ideal for a good night's sleep. Two bathrooms with toilets complete this floor.
For even more convenience, a washing machine and two parking spaces are also available.
