Welcome to Penmarch, the ideal destination for swimming and water sports. Between the Pors Carn beach, popular with surfers, and the tranquillity of Saint-Guénolé beach, everyone finds their own slice of paradise on Penmarch's coastline.
The house is beautifully decorated, and you will be charmed from the moment you enter. The living space has numerous large openings onto the garden, offering you a peaceful panorama. Its careful decoration makes it a most pleasant place. You will enjoy preparing good meals in the well-equipped kitchen (induction hobs, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, **filter coffee maker**, toaster and kettle). Then, you will appreciate gathering together for moments of conviviality in the dining room, and finally the lounge is a cosy corner perfect for chatting or playing board games.
You will also be able to have your meals outside, around a barbecue.
In the evening, you will be able to go and rest in one of the 3 bedrooms with double bed, all with light colours and wooden flooring which give them charm and an atmosphere full of serenity, ideal for a good night's sleep. Two bathrooms with toilets complete this floor.
For even greater convenience, a washing machine and 2 parking spaces are also available.
