The villa sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, offering peace and shelter.



This luxurious home features quality amenities: concierge service, wood-burning stove, fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, spacious wooden terrace, garage, electric car charging station, beds made on arrival, and towels provided.



Decorated throughout by an interior designer, the house is arranged as follows:

On the ground floor:

A premium open-plan kitchen leading to the living area,

A warm living room with lounge area, sofa, armchairs, wood stove, and dining space,

1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed and storage,

1 bedroom with two 90 cm beds (can be joined) and storage,

1 bathroom with sink, large walk-in shower, and bathtub,

Separate toilet.

A TV lounge on the mezzanine above the dining area,
