Welcome to Penmarch, in southern Finistère, where this house for 7 people with swimming pool and hot tub offers you an ideal setting for a family or friends' holiday. You will find a garden, a bright veranda, an equipped terrace, as well as a barbecue to make the most of beautiful summer evenings. Located just 3 km from the superb fine sandy beach of Ster, perfect for swimming, and close to the famous surf spots of Pors Carn and La Torche, you will also be just a stone's throw from the famous GR34 coastal path for superb hikes along the ocean. It is the perfect starting point for discovering southern Pays Bigouden and its specialities.
Pass through the front door and let yourself be seduced by a large living space of over 60 m², elegantly decorated and bright, with direct access to the terrace. The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) provides you with everything you need to cook as if you were at home. For your breakfasts, you will also find a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
Share your meals around the large dining table that can accommodate up to 7 guests, or settle in the veranda to enjoy a convivial moment in front of the television, while enjoying natural light. In the evening, relax in the living room, with its large comfortable sofa, coffee table and a second television. A bathroom with walk-in shower and an independent toilet complete the ground floor.
On the upper floor, you will discover three bedrooms and a large bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Two bedrooms each have a double bed (140x200 cm) and a storage wardrobe. The third, more spacious, can accommodate 3 people, with its three single beds and large dressing room.
For even more comfort, a washing machine, iron and ironing board are at your disposal.
Several parking spaces are also available in the housing courtyard.
