This four-bedroom, three-bathroom retreat offers 70 feet of natural lake frontage, multiple decks, and a dog-friendly environment, making it ideal for creating lasting memories with loved ones.

Inside, the main level features two lakefront queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, along with two full bathrooms. A bonus sleeping area behind the kitchen provides a queen bed, futon, and flat-screen TV for additional comfort. The open lower-level living space includes comfortable seating, large picture windows with lake views, and two dining areas that make gathering for meals easy. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals while staying connected to family and friends.

Outdoors, three decks offer ample space for relaxing, dining, or enjoying the stunning lake views. Spend your days swimming, fishing, or sunbathing on the dock, or gather around the fire pit in the evenings. A seasonal dock and boat lift are available, and the property features a dogwatch fence for pets to safely enjoy the yard.

Located just minutes from Penn Yan, Birch Cottage offers easy access to local restaurants, shops, and attractions, as well as nearby boat launches for exploring Keuka Lake. Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.

This cottage offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
