Inside you will find five bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two parlors,large eat-in kitchen, fireplace, two stairwaysand beautiful refinished original hardwood. Home comes with full-size washer & dryer, AC, WiFi and large Smart TV and city water.
The town of Penn Yan has a lot to offer to include the Burnt Rose Wine Bar, Amity Coffee Co., 18th Amendment Kitchen &Cocktail Bar and Parker's Grille, all within a short walk. Enjoy the wine trails by day and Penn Yan at night (without having to jump back in a car),and maybe a dip in the hot tub to cap things off. Public swimming and lake access can be found nearby at Red Jacket Park on Keuka Lake.
