Just 1 km from the charming and historic village of Penna San Giovanni, this residence is immersed in an area rich in history, culture, and natural beauty, the ideal solution for families with children, couples, and your four-legged friends (accepted upon request) seeking true rural relaxation without sacrificing comfort and an authentic experience.

The apartment boasts a private entrance directly from its own private panoramic garden, equipped with a table, chairs, benches, umbrella, and barbecue. Perfect for sipping a delicious coffee, enjoying lunches and dinners al fresco under a majestic centuries-old oak tree, while enjoying a pleasant breeze and the sound of birdsong.
In the evening, the park is illuminated by warm, soft lights, specially designed to allow you to admire the unspoiled starry sky without obscuring the natural spectacle.

The spacious spaces are fully equipped to offer you complete independence, just like at home: a large and welcoming living room/lounge, a separate dining room, and a magnificent fully equipped kitchen with a central island (dishwasher, electric oven, refrigerator, toaster, espresso machine, and all kinds of tableware). Two cool bedrooms with fans and mosquito nets on the windows, a full master bathroom with a large, comfortable shower and hairdryer, and a second, practical guest bathroom with a washing machine. To ensure a worry-free stay, the rate includes a complete supply of bed, bathroom, and kitchen linens, as well as all necessary detergents and cleaning products.
Gas consumption for heating, if required during the cooler months or upon guest's specific request, will be billed based on consumption at the end of the stay.
