A pleasant walk leads you to the village, offering stunning views of Port Penne and the basilica perched above. Supermarkets, boutiques, and lively markets are also just minutes away.
The gîte is part of Domaine de France, a vast 5-hectare natural estate perfect for relaxation and family stays. You’ll enjoy a private terrace with barbecue, table, and chairs, overlooking the Boudysou valley and the Penne-d’Agenais basilica.
The estate’s shared spaces include a large saltwater pool (11 × 5 m) open from May to October, a games room, outdoor kitchen, relaxation area with year-round jacuzzi (available for an extra fee, please reserve this when you book), and a children’s playground with swings, slides, and sandbox. The park is ideal for walks, picnics, and peaceful moments in nature.
We’re happy to advise you on local activities, vineyards, and regional cuisine. Upon prior request, local specialties, charcuterie, and house-smoked products can be offered. You can also enjoy local wines or sparkling drinks with cheeses and meats from the region in a friendly atmosphere.
The property is a 3-minute walk from Penne station, providing easy access to Agen, Bordeaux, Toulouse, and Paris.
We live in the main manor, completely separate from the gîtes, and are available if needed while respecting your privacy.
Cleaning is the guests’ responsibility: the gîte must be left clean at the end of your stay.
