A lovely modern family holiday home just a short walk from all amenities in the centre of this lovely Cumbrian town of Penrith within a short distance of the Lake District National Park. 1 step to entrance.

Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Blue Cherry Cottage is a lovely three-bedroom traditional semi-detached house built in 1938 with period features and a warm and inviting atmosphere. Set within a pleasant residential area close to all amenities the property has been fully refurbished with new eco heating and improved in early 2025. With exceptional speed fibre broadband.
The attention to detail is evident throughout, on the ground floor there is a cosy living room with quality furnishing and a gas fire and Smart TV, perfect for those chillier evenings. Blue Cherry Cottage is a truly modest house in a perfect position for families, walkers, anglers, Wainwright “baggers”, cyclists or chillers looking for a pleasant break away from home.
