Cannot recommend this place enough. First class facilities, cleanliness and staff. Beautiful appartment with stunning views. Comfortable. clean and the best of all modern conveniences, including usb plugs, TVs and beautiful bathroom. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Many thanks

Perfect hotel for visiting the penrith and surroun

Pros: staff, accommodation, food and location all very good
Cons: DIrections / sign posts in penrith to hotel location.
Location: Good location for exploring lake district and yorkshire dales
Great experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Good service, good food and very comfortable room. Location was perfect for us as a family to explore the yorkshire dales and lake district

Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings

Pros: The staff were very good. Nothing was a problem for them and always smiling and helpful
Cons: The only thing I think they could improve upon would be to add a childrens play area in the beautiful and large grounds
Location: Beautiful location. Penrith is a beautiful village and full of lovely little shops and good restaurants.
we booked into a family room for 2 days. Overall the room was good, although one of the single beds had an annoying squeak everytime my son turned around in bed at night time. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Would recommend more for adults as there were no childrens play facilities, although the gardens were beautiful and my children loved running around and sitting beside the water feature. All in all a lovely hotel and would return.
