DOLPHINS PASS: Newly updated, large 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Our family home is beautifully decorated and has never been rented until now. The house is 5200 Square feet on 1 level. The great room has plenty of space for all family members to gather or spread out. The bedrooms are quiet, and private when you need to recharge your batteries. The home was built with a 2-story vaulted ceiling great room that includes the dining room, living room and kitchen. It includes 10 panoramic windows to view the water across the entire great room.

The 80' x 12' deck is the best feature. Dolphins Pass is on 130 feet of beach front, on Ariola Dr. Recently updated with a new front porch staircase, new beachside deck, stairs and walkover. Relax on the expansive deck while viewing amazing things; dolphins playing, birds diving for fish, pelicans flying in formation, sunrises, sunsets, full moons on glass like water and much more.

Flags for every branch of service (USMC, Navy, Army, & Air Force) are available to fly on the deck. Active and retired members may inquire about a Service discount.

The elevated house, with all rooms on one level includes an elevator. The dining room table will seat 12, counter bar 6, and the breakfast room seats 5. The kitchen is well equipped with double Viking ovens, a brand-new Viking 6 burner stove top, brand new refrigerator, and a stand-alone ice maker. The second refrigerator and freezer is located in the recreational room downstairs. The house is furnished with high end furniture and decorations. Garage will accommodate 2 large or 3 small cars inside and 3-4 cars outside; garage door opener provided. The downstairs enclosed area includes, garage, inside stairs, elevator door, rustic den, with ping pong table, seating, extra sand toys and beach/deck furniture.

Recently added: 7-piece Adirondack counter-high outdoor dining set and 9' umbrella, 2 chaise lounges, Ping Pong table, 4 tennis rackets/balls, 4 pickle ball rackets/balls (2 public courts 2 blocks away), 2 corn hole sets, a kayak and a PK charcoal grill. There are 4 Smart TV's, Wi-Fi mesh Network has been added to expand Wi-Fi coverage. Complimentary gift bag upon check-in. The house sleeps 14. Large discount for >28 day stay in the Fall/Winter! Between 3%-10% discount for 7 day stay Spring/Fall/Winter.

Everything was perfect! I’m still buzzing from such a magical week. The beautiful big house, the unbelievable view, the huge deck, having the white sand mere steps away, the extensive amenities everywhere from the kitchen to the basement rec area, the friendly and communicative owner — I can't say enough great things about this place.We had a mix of ages (a 7 yr old, teens, twenties, and parents) traveling to Florida for Thanksgiving and everyone felt at home and so happy. The house is even more spacious than the pictures capture; there were so many ways for everyone to collectively and individually enjoy this vacation.The house also made it possible to have a truly special week with my elderly parents who live locally. They were able to join us thanks to the elevator, and the location and huge deck meant we could sit for hours chatting and looking at the water. As others have said, the host has been accessible and helpful since the day we requested the home and even had a generous and incredibly thoughtful welcoming gift when we arrived. We are super grateful for the experience we just had and will certainly be back!

The minute we opened the front door the most amazing view welcomed us. The sunrise and sunset was magnificent. The board games we played were fun for all.The large dining table fit us all for meals. We had a tournament that included ping pong and corn hole on the cooler day. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need to cook a meal.

It doesn’t get any better. House is just like it is listed and is absolutely amazing. Kitchen has everything you need and then some. Beds are great. Huge deck with amazing views. Beach is right there. Can’t wait to go back.

Everything was wonderful! The house is cozy and has a fantastic layout for a group. The kitchen is well stocked and the living room is very comfortable with plenty of seating. You don’t even have to bring beach gear because the host has it all for you. This house was everything we hoped for and more. We took a multigenerational trip and everyone from my 10 month old to my grandmother loved the house and everything about it. Special shout out to the host: even if you somehow weren’t in love with this house, Andree would change your mind with her kindness, responsiveness, and willingness to help make your vacation perfect. I can’t rave enough!

Best Family Vacation

Dolphin Pass is a 'must' if you want the most beautiful ocean view right off the huge back patio of this gorgeous home. We had 11 total people and there was tons of room for sleeping, for eating together at the dining room table, kitchen bar and breakfast table, playing games, napping, you name it!The kitchen was so nice and spacious as well as the large, comfortable living area where we had family time each night. As for the ocean, this host has one of the most stunning ocean views where you can drink a fresh cup of coffee each morning as the sun comes up and walk a few steps down to the white pristine sand and dip your feet in the beautiful emerald and blue ocean water. She has comfortable chairs to use at the beach as well as many itmes to enhance your time on the beach.Our 5 grandchildren were in heaven seeing the dolphins pass by in the mornings and just relished their beach time a few steps from the gorgeous home!The host, Andree, was so accommodating and just a great person who loves to share her gorgeous property for the best ocean experience anyone could ask for.We plan to return again! We just cannot express how impressed we were with the total package: gorgeous spacious home, best ocean access in just a few steps, and the location experiencing the majesty of the pristine beach! We even found a few shells each morning on our walks. Dolphin Pass and Andree.....thank you for your accommodations! It was 'home' to us for a week and we yearn to return!

The Dolphin Pass has everything; location right on the gulf side with your own boardwalk, plenty of rooms and space to hang out with 14 people, 2 years and older. The large windows and incredible view were breathtaking. The kitchen had a wide variety of cooking utensils. The ice maker was an added bonus for such a large group. Home owner is very accommodating, quick and clear communication/expectations. Already booked for next year!

Dolphin Pass

This beach house is absolutely beautiful and very functional. It’s right on the beach with easy beach access. The beach was relatively uncrowded even on Memorial Day weekend. The owner was extremely attentive and helpful.

This palace is AWESOME! The best view on Pensacola beach! It lives up to it's name, the Dolphins were constantly passing by. The home is immaculate, best kitchen, living dining...everything! Absolutely perfect!!

Andree was just great! She’s an excellent communicator and followed up with any questions we may have after we checked in! Everything was perfect. Beautiful sand beach out the patio door, great sunsets and the dolphins actually pass by out front!! They were fully jumping out of the water, and we could clearly see them from our deck! Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

The best stay we have ever experienced on Pensacola

We have been frequent visitors of Pensecola over the years. We have stayed in several houses on the same street as this home. This was the best out of all of them , and I am very picky! Absolutely nothing less than perfection throughout the entire process and stay. Super clean, comfortable, excellent communication with the host, everything you could possibly need was made available to us. We will no longer be looking to try any other rentals on Pensacola. Loved this house and the host!!!

A little bit of paradise

The home was absolutely lovely and as described. Just steps from the ocean. And the owners were amazing. They couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive to anything we needed and we try not to need too much but they were always on top of any little thing that we needed. We had family so we had a large crowd. The layout of the property made it easy to socialize in one area and people socialize in another area and no one ever felt crowded or on top of one. Another sleeping was a breeze. You didn’t hear people in the morning when they were in the kitchen. It was just a lovely property

Texas Family Vacation

The house was amazing…perfect size for our family. Kitchen was large and well equipped. Beach location was perfect for viewing dolphins and turtles coming in to lay eggs. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. She kept me updated on the process for checking in and out without any issues.

First time all the family has vacationed together. The communication with Andree was over the top prior to trip and knew she was available for anything. The house was spacious and gave everyone their own area. The deck and house very short walk to the beach. We mainly stayed on the beach but ventured out a few times and used restaurant delivery too. This is a trip this family will always remember.
