One of the bigger issues was a staff member they had prior to being letting go in front of clients. Had been very difficult and displeasurable to deal with but that wasn't as much the issue as it was the fact that the other staff in upper management dealt with her in ways that were unfortunate and made us and others uncomfortable to say the least

It's ok rather then memorable due to the cold or rather distant or disconnected feeling you get when speaking with upper management. The first time I was introduced I thought it odd but wrote it off as a chance occurance. Then the next day my wife came back to the room after working out that morning and she also said that when walking through the lobby. She had met the same manager and said it felt as though said manager was forcefully going through the motions rather then enjoying providing services.

Overall our stay was lovely, however check-in was at 4 and our room was not ready until 630pm. The hot tub was cold and towels not replenished in the pool area. The breakfast was fantastic. Different each day which is great. Overall great but the late late check in after a long day of travel gave a bitter start.

Room was clean but had a musty smell. Beautiful view of the ocean. Only downside was being able to hear the kids yelling below in the lazy river. Check in was ok. The front staff weren’t very friendly or personable. Even when we checked out, she wasn’t very engaging either. The breakfast staff were great. It was very busy with some Fire Fighter thing going on. I had stopped a staff that was stocking the breakfast items and said the coffee was out. She and another lady were there not too long after stocking the coffee pots.
