Thank you very much for considering my condo for your vacation. My name is KC, and I have owned this condo for 17 years and manage it myself. I live at the condo during the winter months, so this is more than a rental property to me – it is my home.

I am honored that over 200 guests have rated my condo 5 out of 5 stars.

You have my commitment to do everything I can to ensure your vacation is memorable, including having my personal cell phone number which I answer/reply 24x7x52.

From March 1st thru October 31st, your booking will include two complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella (via Lazy Days Beach Service) - a $50/day value. Lazy Days will set up and take down - you just enjoy the beach.

Access to the building and my condo is via the same 6 digit access code, which will be unique to your stay (most condo's have 2 different codes, one for building and another for the condo).

Emerald Isle is a 17-story luxury high rise on approximately five acres with 300' of beachfront directly on the Gulf of Mexico. My condo is located on the 14th floor. Emerald Isle is the premier property in Pensacola Beach:
• Gulf Front, so no road to cross to get to the beach.
• Walkable to most restaurants and shopping.
• Unobstructed views of the Gulf.
• Private balconies.
• Heated pool and Jacuzzi year round.

My condo features:
• All new kitchen appliances installed in 2022/23.
• Completely repainted in 2023.
• Luxury furnishings.
• King bed (master), queen bed (2nd) and queen & 2 twin premium air mattresses.
• Master bedroom opens directly onto the balcony.

• I use the premier cleaning service on the island, BBClean.

PLEASE NOTE:
• My condo has blackout roller shades in the Master Bedroom, blackout cellular shades in the 2nd bedroom and 97% light blocking roller shades in the living room.
• All TV's are Smart TVs with DirecTV and most major streaming services enabled.
• A single additional parking registration **may** be available (not guaranteed, it is first come, first serve for the limited extra parking spots).

This condo is absolutely fantastic! The view from the balcony is impressive! Watching and listening to the waves, even on a cloudy & rainy day was amazing! The Blue Angels flew by every evening. The walk down to the beach is super easy and the chairs and umbrella are such a huge positive! Everything inside the condo was so comfortable. Lots of great food recommendations and you can walk all over and do not need a car. Everyone was overly friendly and so nice to talk to. The owner was wonderful with communication and the instructions were perfect. Hope to stay again!

Beautiful beach front, extremely convenient and the host was great to work with. We had one small maintenance issue and the host had a maintenance person there within a couple hours. It would have been nice to have some basic household supplies like salt and pepper (maybe the cleaning crew will leave the ones we bought.) There was some mold on the caulking of the exterior windows and rust coming through the plumbing fixtures. The water is extremely hot in the bathrooms and won't heat up in the kitchen . Please be cautious of baths for little or yourself in the shower.

The view was AMAZING! The location was AMAZING! I love the property and would love to come again. It was a perfect location for beach and dining. It was far enough away from the craziness and noise but close enough to get to the fun activities. A few things could use some improvement. The pillows and bedding were uncomfortable. The beach towels were low quality and worn out. There were a couple times we had to wash the dishes before we could use them. The building was under major construction with only one functioning elevator; this made for very long wait times and very full rides up and down. One of the pools was closed almost every day we were there. It would have been nice to have been informed about the major construction.All of that said, I feel like this is a great property with a host that truly wants guests to have an enjoyable stay. He went out of his way to help me find a photographer for family photos. It’s little things like that that make me appreciate a host.

This condo is so clean, comfortable and convenient!! We had zero issues. The pools and beach are conveniently located with a very nice lobby bathroom at the door. The condo has a fabulous view as well. My boys (9 & 11) had a fit over all of the awesome beach tools and boogie boards they got to use. The beds and couches were also comfortable. One thing you can’t tell from the pictures is how nice the kitchen is. It was spotless with all new appliances. We were very impressed with the owner’s communication and friendliness. He instantly called or messaged if we needed anything. We would definitely book again. This was our first trip to Pensacola and it was a great one!!

This property was perfect for our family vacation with small kiddos. We had easy access to the beach and pools and the condo was stocked with everything we needed for meals and enjoying our stay.
