Beach Club 805 is an elegant decorated, 3 bedroom, 3 full bath condo that can sleep 8. Stunning 8th floor unobstructed view of the emerald waters of the Gulf of America, pristine white sand beaches and outdoor and indoor pools. Just remodeled with leather sectional and recliner, 60-inch HDTV and fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, including an outdoor electric grill on the huge balcony.

Rental includes four free beach chairs and two umbrellas daily ($80/per day value) from March 1 to Oct. 31 at Lazy Days Beach Service, on the beach behind Beach Club.

Master bedroom includes king-size bed, walk-in glass shower, whirlpool tub, 55-inch HDTV and balcony overlooking the beach. Second bedroom features queen size bed, tv and private bath. Third bedroom has two twins, that easily convert to a king, also with a private bath.

The open layout of the spacious and beautifully-decorated kitchen, dining area, and living area create a comfortable and welcoming ambiancel. The large balcony is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom! The living area includes a leather sectional sofa that opens into a comfortable queen-size bed. The dining room table seats 8. The kitchen features granite countertops and all the appliances you'll find in a modern home, including mixers, cookwear and dinner service.

Beach Club 805 also includes a full-sized washer and dryer, recessed lighting and four, large HDTV's with ceiling fans in each room. The master bathroom includes a double sink in the vanity as well as a walk-in shower and separate tub. On-site, enjoy an aerobic pool, state-of-the-art fitness center and a renowned “Aqua Spa” facility for our guests who like to stay active. The Beach Club also offers indoor and outdoor pools and a hot tub, dry sauna and steam room. The property is elegantly and beautifully-decorated, and is just steps away from the most sought-after beaches of the Gulf coast! Beach Club is located in gorgeous Pensacola Beach, which is the perfect spot for your next vacation! It is just under a mile from the Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier, home of the nation’s premiere demonstration squadron at the annual Blue Angels Air Show! Beach Club is just a short drive to the Gulf Breeze Zoo as well as many surrounding restaurants, beach activities and beautiful sights to see on Pensacola Beach!

This condo was perfect for our family group of five women. The view over the gulf was gorgeous. The unit was attractively decorated and spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed to prepare meals when we weren't going out to one of the many nearby restaurants. The gym on the first floor was a plus: it was fully equipped with everything needed for a complete workout, and the adjacent spa offered a variety of relaxing services, which we took full advantage of. We also liked that in addition to the large outdoor pool and adjacent hot tub, there was also an indoor pool and larger hot tub. The owner/manager of the unit could not have been more accommodating: communication was great and any questions or problems we had were promptly addressed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and hope to stay again in the future.

Pros:-The location is the best- within walking distance to putt-putt, restaurants, shops, and the Boardwalk!-The Beach Club is so nice- the gym is top notch, the indoor pool was perfect for our son, and the outdoor is beautiful and BIG!-The condo itself is very nice- the kitchen was fully equipped and had lots of things that past guests left that we found super useful (salt/pepper, trash bags, coffee filters). The beds were all very comfortable and the main living area was a great space for gathering for meals, tv, and games. The balcony was great, too! We used the grill one night, and it worked very well- best hot dogs and hamburgers in town! -Comms with owner were fantastic!Cons:-The condo was a little dirty. There was a thick layer of dust on most horizontal surfaces. The washing machine had sand caked all in the top near the lid (may be something that’s unavoidable, but it would easily clean off if someone tried). These things weren’t too detrimental, but enough to get a bit of a yucky feeling when you go to start a load of laundry or when you’re brushing your teeth and you see dust all over everything. -One of the showers didn’t work, and the owner didn’t tell us until the day we arrived. Luckily for us, we didn’t have to use that bathroom, but if we had another family attend, that would have been pretty inconvenient.-Dryer door had to be SLAMMED in order for it to work. Took us awhile to figure that out. Overall, an awesome trip- we will be back!!!

Location is lovely with easy access to restaurants and activities. The condo was well appointed and equipped. Slight issue with one shower that the owner had warned us about and another with jacuzzi jets not working in master bath but those are minor all things considered. Check in was a breeze and the gated parking and locked entrance and elevator doors were nice for security. The beach was more crowded than I had anticipated but secluded beaches are tough to come by unless you want to pay for a stand alone home. We enjoyed our stay. The large balcony was a big bonus :))

Perfect

Really enjoyed our stay last week. The apartment was beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the kitchen/cooking implements, availability of beach toys and towels, and the things you don’t think about - like a broom and vacuum (hey, it’s the beach, and try as you might, the sand still follows you home). Great communication and support from the owner. It exceeded expectations and we would look to book it again for future stays.

We really enjoyed our stay at Beach Club, and this unit was really perfect! Super clean, great room setup, and incredible views from the balcony. Super easy check in and out process. Owner is very responsive. Great beach access, and our kids really enjoyed the pool as well! Took advantage of the spa downstairs, and it was amazing as well. Walking distance to restaurant and shops, even with smaller children. We will be back!

We loved this condo!!!! The location was perfect and made restaurants and shops walkable. The balcony was fantastic! We ate on the table in the evenings and played games while listening to the waves!!! Plenty of privacy for everyone with the layout and bathrooms. The furniture was do comfy! Perfect location

The unit was very comfortable for our family of four adults. Walking distance to Restaurants and shopping is great but the part is the location to the private beach and the view from the large deck. We will stay here again when we are in the Pensacola Beach area.
