Relax in the perfect beach condo, 3rd-floor unit in Paradise. The kitchen is an open overlooking the beautiful water views. This kitchen offers everything you will need to feel right at home. The Primary offers a king bed and there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate sleeping for 4 guests. For indoor meals and entertaining there is a lovely high bistro set and two bar stools or you can head out to the balcony for dining while enjoying the best sunset or sunrise. The spacious, balcony is a wonderful place to start the day with your morning coffee. Watch Sabine Bay come alive with Large Charter boats headed out to the Gulf for a day of fishing, and paddle boarders and kayakers taking advantage of the wonderful Florida sun. At day’s end marvel at the spectacular sunsets that melt into the horizon leaving behind the tranquil lights surrounding Sabine Bay. After nightfall watch the bay glow in rainbow hues with the newest Pensacola Beach attraction, Glow Paddle. There is a great size pool looking out over Sabine Bay, tennis court and great little gym area on the bottom level. Once you park your car, you won’t need it again until it is time to head home! The rental served its purpose. I was only there at night to sleep. However, i was visiting the area with family. They had a 2 bed/2 bath with ocean view on another floor. Way more updated. Beautiful master shower. They paid less than I did. You are overcharging for this unit! There are missing vertical blinds in both bedroom and living area, so people at pool can see in. Missing lamp shade, ratty, stained towels. I was so upset when i saw my families unit upstairs. paid less than I did.
