Portofino resort property is beautiful. The condo has not been maintained. Have been vacationing at Portofino for 2 decades/many years and have never been in a three bedroom unit that has not been maintained like this unit. The carpets need to be removed and replaced. The kitchen dishes and utensils all need to be evaluated. The furniture needs to be maintained. The mattresses need to be replaced. I am not a complainer and generally satisfied, this unit should be reevaluated before being rented. Remove trash bag of old bedding from master closet. Empty all closets. This should be taken off market until maintained. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. The staff communications through rental company was excellent. The text and emails were very clear and informative. The maintenance man was very kind and checked in on 1st day when dropping off ice treys. Fridge ice maker appears to work but it leaks, may not want to leave running when unit is empty. The number 4 does not work on oven unit (requires some smart baking ;) ) Again, please deep clean kitchen and evaluate all cooking pots/pans and utensils. I deep cleaned the drawers and all cooking items. I’m not a complainer but want to make someone aware. Thank you!
