We welcome you to our little Haven @ Port Side Villa! Our tranquil beachfront retreat offers the perfect panoramic views and direct access to pristine shores. This pet-friendly haven is perfect for families. Just step outside and sink your toes into the soft, sugar-white sands Beach. Enjoy the ease of being just steps away from the water, with stunning ocean views right from the windows. You can enjoy breakfast on the patio while watching the sunrise or watch the stars at night and let the clashing of the waves play music to your ears!
This unit #36 is a must see! With great views of the ocean from the master room, living room and kitchen areas.
Unit 36 @ Portside Villas is located at the extreme west end of the development. This town home offers an unobstructed view of the protected seashore to the southwest. This area of the beach is undeveloped and will stay that way. The owners spend lots of time and money selecting unique furnishings for this home.

If you are afraid of heights, we got you! This property is only 1 deck. To your right (facing the beach), you have no other buildings taking your views. You are close to dog beach as you possibly can! So enjoy all that and more!

The ground level garage offers parking for two vehicles. The living level offers the great room which is a combo living/dining/kitchen. This is a large well-equipped space. The master bedroom offers a king bed, private master bath and access to the Gulf front deck which can also be accessed from the living area. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, as well as bunks and shares a hall bathroom area. This home is pet-friendly for small dogs only (limit 2, close to Dog Beach). A one-minute walk across the dune walkover puts you directly on the white sands of beautiful Pensacola Beach. You can almost feel the sea spray from the balcony. Elevator not available for guests.
