Great location for Gulf AND Bay

The location is fantastic with the location on Pensacola Bay but right across the street from the Gulf of America. Plus, there is no public parking along tue gulf-side so the crowds are smaller than other location. Regardless of the winds and weather, there is always a clam location to go to. The condo itself is very comfortable, easy to get into, and well maintained. However, it's only furnished with the essentials so plan to bring beach towels, chairs, sports equipment, umbrellas, etc. The king bed in the master suite is absolutely comfortable but the queen bed in the 2nd bedroom feels a bit aged and sags in the middle--ok for one but barely adequate for 2. Our teenage son had no trouble sleeping on the couch and never pulled out the bed. We loved the place and would return.
