Love the location. One of the best views. We love staying at the Sans Souci when visiting Pensacola. Had been a few years but just as delightful and convenient as we remembered. No better place to put your toes in the sand!

Great property! The pictures and amenities are accurate! The property is family friendly, easily accessible, safe/secure. Our son made new friends at the pool and beach. With a restaurant and convenience store across the street, covered parking was easy and carts were available for check-in/out. We didn’t know the property was undergoing renovations/upgrades at the time of our stay. Therefore, the beachfront walkout patio (the best perk) was closed and inaccessible during our stay, and work started early in the morning. We only called maintenance once as the bathroom sinks filled with dirty water when the washer was draining. The issue was not major and was resolved swiftly. The regular check-ins via text from property management made communication and customer service simple and easy! The issue did not degrade our stay one bit. Nonetheless, once the renovations are complete and the seasonal deep clean following the property upgrades, we will certainly return to take advantage of that amazing patio view of the beach in the mornings/evening as the sun rises while we sip our beverage of choice. :-)
