Our Unit Will Sleep Six People Comfortably with One King Size Bed, Two Twin Beds, and a Pull Out Queen Sleeper Sofa. The Kitchen Is Equipped with Everything Needed for Cooking Meals. The Dining Space Has a Large Glass Table That Will Accommodate Six People with Three Bar Stools at the Breakfast Bar for Additional Seating.

The Living Space and Both Bedrooms Have Their Own Flat Screen TV and also a DVD Player. Free Unsecured Wireless Internet is Available in the Unit. The Master Bathroom Has a Glass Walk-in Shower, Jacuzzi Tub, His and Her Sinks, and a Separate Toilet Area.

Everything was nice the property was beautiful but the owners need to buy a new sleeper sofa the sofa was unfit to sleep on because the springs were popping out. The whole interior needed an update grout missing tile broken .

Property was amazing! Room was exactly as described. Clean, all the amenities you could need. Great view of the bay. 5 minute walk beach. Check in was a breeze. Friendly staff! Clean facilities. Host were informative and quick with any email questions. There is no grocery store on the island so might want to stop at Walmart or the Publix on big island side before heading across bay! Will be back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is very basic to other units we have stayed at the Portofino. I would suggest new pillows and adding bath mats in the bathrooms. The only thing noticed was the cleaning staff did not clean behind the doors and around the beds. Owners responded immediately and gave excellent instructions and information.

Portofino Island Resort is a beautiful place to stay for a wonderful vacation. The staff is very friendly and professional, resort grounds are very well kept, restaurant food is great, condo was neat and clean. I enjoyed watching the most beautiful sunset from the balcony.

We had a wonderful stay, in a clean, comfortable, spacious condominium. There was good communication between the host and us. I recommend bringing a couple extra dish towels, dish cloths, laundry detergent for washing your beach towels, and 1-2 rolls of toilet paper if you are going to stay there for one week.Thanks for a great stay!!

Beautiful Condo

This was our annual family vacation and everything was perfect. The communication between owner was always quick to response with all my questions before arriving. Highly recommend this unit. Beautiful condo. Will stay in the future. Easy access to elevators and parking. Close to beach access and main pool. Also has a pool with this building but we like the main pool area with bar and food.

Great place

This was our second time staying in this unit and we enjoy the property. It’s clean and the location is great with nice views of the bay. Communication with the owner is fast and easy, and he’s great to work with. The only complaint I have is that last time we went there were towels provided by the property that we were able to use throughout the stay and we assumed it’d be the case this time but it wasn’t. A quick trip to Walmart in Gulf Breeze and we were back in business. No big deal. Also there were no trash bags, toilet paper, or paper towels in the unit so we had to get some of those items for our stay as well. We were a family so we went through dishes and laundry a couple times throughout the trip and had to get some dishwasher and laundry pods ourselves. Again, no big deal but it did surprise me, given the price of the unit and others at the property. Maybe the cleaning crew was a little rushed and simply overlooked it, I don’t know. Overall it’s a nice unit but could use a little TLC because the grout between tiles in the bathroom was missing in a few places. The owner lives far away and likely doesn’t even know this, though. I’m nitpicking though, and the unit is great. We would definitely stay again.

The Portofino was an amazing property. There is no reason to leave if you don’t want to! Our condo was comfortable and had everything we needed to stay for our vacation. The kids loved the multiple pools and easy access to the beach. Dolphin cruise and jet ski rental is a must!
