Gulf Front End Unit 4 Bedroom Pet Friendly with Private Elevator

This is true beachfront property at White Sands Townhouses on Pensacola Beach. This luxury end unit features windows along the east wall and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Located on desirable Fort Pickens Road, this townhouse is equipped with amenities designed for a comfortable vacation, including a smart TV in every bedroom. The private elevator provides access to all 3 floors from the ground-level private deep garage to both floors of living space directly above totaling approximately 2,300 living square feet. The kitchen has double ovens, perfect for preparing meals for large families. The master bedroom features a large over head fan and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. As of Feb. 2026, the master bathroom has new twin vanities, and a quartz shower with glass door.

Just steps from the deck full of high quality Polywood furniture, you’ll reach the world-famous white sand beaches. Play cornhole or volleyball right outside the deck door, or enjoy an assortment of provided beach toys, floats, beach chairs, beach balls, and umbrellas. Inside, you’ll find a selection of games and puzzles. Sip morning coffee while watching dolphins, play in the surf, relax at the water’s edge, or grill while watching the sunset.

For added fun the following are included with this rental:

2 paddleboards
2 beach cruisers

We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay, except from May 30, 2026 through August 8, 2026, when a 7-night minimum stay is required with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only.

Special monthly rates are available from January through March 1.

Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days before arrival will forfeit all payments.


Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of the stay. Elevator use is not guaranteed during times of maintenance or repair. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from individuals other than the reservation holder.

Perfect setting right on the gulf beach with gorgeous views. The walkway to beach access was just a short walk through the sand from the townhome. The elevator was perfect for grandma to access any floor! The garage fits 2 cars plus there is assigned parking right behind it. The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed. We loved our week at your townhome! Thanks for a great stay!

This beach home is an absolute gem! Beautifully decorated, modern, spotless, and filled with natural light, with every bedroom opening to a balcony--such a treat!The location right on the beach is unbeatable--we loved meals on the porch with the sound and smell of the ocean.The home is incredibly well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and even a fishing pole. The elevator made move-in easy and there was plenty of hot water for all 8 of us. The blackout curtains were a bonus for sleeping in!We'll definitely be back--one weekend just isn't long enough!

Wonderful location and facility

We had a wonderful stay. This is a very spacious home, great for eating and social gathering. Perfect location and wonderful views. Nothing is left from previous guests, so don’t forget to bring salt and pepper! I gave four stars because some of the fixtures need some TLC.
