A little GEM that packs a big punch!

This beautifully decorated efficiency condo is absolutely perfect for a couple or even a small family! There is a queen sized bed at one end of the large room and a living area with comfortable sofa sleeper at the other. There are 2 sliding doors leading out to the well manicured pool area. No need to be bothered with elevators! Just open this condo's sliding doors and step right into paradise! The kitchen has a gorgeous granite counter tops, it also features a drip coffee maker for all you coffee lovers out there and will surely please the most seasoned cook! The bathroom boasts a large, refreshing, walk in shower. There is a small patio area for you to enjoy the view. Step right off the patio onto the pool deck and have almost immediate beach access! This is one of our most popular condos, so book FAST before it's gone... You won't regret it! SeaSpray's property has three pools, a hot tub, a well equipped beach front fitness center, a marina with boat slip, a grilling area and a newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball court. Come and make unforgettable memories in this amazing unit!
