This spacious yet cozy third-floor Gulf-front retreat, just three miles from Perdido Key State Park, boasts comfortable furnishings, stylish décor, updated electronics and appliances, and luxurious touches throughout. The living area offers plenty of seating where the whole family can lounge, not to mention the sliding glass doors that lead out to the expansive covered balcony with a view of the Gulf! Wake up and sip your morning coffee while the sun rises over the Gulf, or even enjoy a dinner under the stars while the tranquil sound of the waves relaxes your senses and calms your mind!

Relax after a long day of recreation in one of three luxuriously appointed bedrooms. The main bedroom has a Temperpedic mattress for a great night's sleep and the two guest bedrooms have premium mattress sets. With high thread-count linens and posh bedding, you're sure to enjoy quality rest and relaxation during your much-deserved beach getaway.

As a guest, you'll have access to a variety of shared amenities such as a swimming pool, hot tub, gym, and tennis court.

THINGS TO KNOW
Maintenance work involving concrete repairs, sealant replacement, power washing, and new coatings being applied will occur from April 10 to May 8, 2023 to the complex. This vacation rental will be affected from April 20 to April 28. During this time, the parking lots will be unavailable on applicable dates. To avoid damages, it is recommended that parking be cleared from the front rows and surrounding areas that are being worked on. Vehicle protection is available to be picked up from the SKOA Rental office in Tower I, unit #117 if needed. Weather and wind conditions may cause surrounding areas to be impacted as well. Contractors will be on-site Monday to Saturday and will start working at approximately 8 a.m. The schedule is weather dependent and subject to change at any time.
The hot tub is currently undergoing repairs and is unavailable until further notice.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
