Get the best of both worlds in this beautifully updated two-bedroom, two-bath Molokai Villas upstairs unit. Curl your toes away from the crowds on the white-sand beach after an easy walk over the private, dedicated boardwalk, or enjoy excellent fishing for speckled trout, redfish, whiting and more off the complex's exclusive pier. You can even dock your boat at the first-come, first-served mooring spots on the pier. More the pool type? Kick back with a cool drink in a deck chair while poolside overlooking the bay.

The unit features a well-stocked kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker and a blender for mixing up your favorite poolside beverages.

The living area features a queen-sized sofa sleeper, smart TV, table seating for four, a bar-height counter with four barstools and French-door access to the spacious deck with polywood furniture and retractable canopy. It's a perfect place for morning coffee!

The well-appointed main bedroom features additional French-door access to the balcony as well as a queen-sized bed, dresser and en suite full bath, while the guest bedroom sports a twin-over-queen bunk bed and easy access to an adjacent full bath.

We had the best fall break at this condo in Perdido Key! The location was perfect — easy access to both the beach and the bay. My husband and son loved fishing from the community dock every day, and I enjoyed how peaceful and relaxing the area was. The condo was spotless and exactly as described — comfortable, well-equipped, and a great location for our stay. This was our first time visiting Perdido Key, and we’re already planning our next trip. I can’t wait to come back!

Everything about our stay was AMAZING!! The location was perfect with only a short walk to the beach with easy access. The pool was perfect and we pretty much always had it to ourselves. The place was spotless when we arrived and everything was just as described. Can’t wait to stay here again!!!

The doors to the balcony didn’t work properly. The shade on the balcony didn’t work either. There is only one tv located in the condo. The landscape needs to be tended to. The bed in the master bedroom is hard. The condo was clean and convenient for my stay.

Girls trip!
