The location is perfect for those who want to be within 5-10 minutes of several public beaches and 2 state parks. There are grocery stores, restaurants, bars, boat and kayak launches, museums and more all within a 5-20 minute drive without the hustle and bustle of the big city and droves of tourists. There is plenty of parking in the driveway for 4 vehicles or drive down with your boat or in your RV and park it onsite. There are many restaurants and beaches that are accessible by boat along the calm protected waterway of the intracoastal waterway for cruising. If you like deep sea fishing, parasailing, dolphin cruises, or other activities, the options are endless.
