Great for the right Group

This is a nice little property with some limitations. The inside is nice and there is plenty of room for 8 people to sleep and hang out. We had four couples in our group and it worked perfectly for that. Unfortunately, we had to drive down in several different vehicles and this place has very limited parking for a spot this size. There is room for two vehicles in the driveway and a parking pass for a third, but street parking is limited and the HOA is aggressive about threatening to tow vehicles. They want you to park additional vehicles on an unlit gravel dead-end behind the neighborhood, which does not feel safe. The other downside is that, unlike other properties we've stayed at in this neighborhood, the garage is off-limits. We were on a technical diving trip and having to carry many heavy tanks and other gear in/out of the house was less than ideal. Book this place if you don't need a garage and have three or fewer vehicles coming. Look elsewhere if those limitations are important to you.
